Routify SmartBus is primarily provided to schools, educational institutions, and transportation operators (“Organizations”). Depending on the deployment and contractual arrangement, the Organization may determine which users have access to the platform and which information is processed through it.

Routify may also provide two-way communication between authorized parents and drivers, including the ability to initiate telephone calls through the application.
Where Routify initiates a normal telephone call through the user's device, the telephone service may be provided by the user's telecommunications provider.
Routify does not record the content of telephone calls unless a specific recording feature is separately implemented, disclosed, and permitted in accordance with applicable requirements.
7. Device and Technical Information
When Routify applications or services are used, certain technical information may be processed, including:

Not every Routify deployment or application uses video functionality.

Where payments are processed through an external payment gateway or financial service provider, payment card or banking information may be processed directly by that provider according to its own privacy and security practices.
Routify does not necessarily store complete payment card details.

Where an account is controlled or created by a school or transportation operator, certain requests may need to be processed in coordination with that Organization.
Users may submit a deletion request through the available account functionality, where provided, or by contacting us using the details provided below.
Following a valid deletion request, personal information associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required or permitted for legitimate legal, contractual, security, or regulatory purposes.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances of the processing, users may have rights relating to their personal information, including the right to:

Routify SmartBus is designed to support school transportation and therefore may process information relating to students, including minors.
